Dinner in a group of 5 friends, sharing all dishes. Caprese salad - buffalo mozarella wonderful and fragrant, rivaling the one at four season's. Generous with the basil, dressed with chopped and topped with whole leaves. Carpaccio - beef not bad, dressing very light (or was it no dressing at all?). I'm not that into raw beef, so can't say much. Caesar - nice crunchy fresh leaves, dressing was just right, no overpowering anchovies, and thankfully not oversalted.
3 pastas - bucatini, with spicy tomato and bacon. Good. Creamy cheesy spirals, steaming hot, al dente, also very good. Lasagna, portion relatively small, sitting on a bed of leaves. No need to try.
1 pizza - very good dough, slightly thicker than pizza express, with more personality, more chewy. Topped with thin lava of hot hot hot, simple, delicious cheese & tomato.
2 desserts - panna cotta surprisingly good. Great texture, none of the usual rubberiness. Crazy chocolate underwhelming.
Overall a very good experirence. Nice place for casual group gathering.
