One of the better food experiences I had while in HK. All from a humble, back alley food stall that I would have walked by a dozen times before ever trying. Well deserving of its mention in the Michelin guide. Had the sweet and sour soup, potstickers, and fish balls. All came in under $10 CAD and blew me away with the perfectly executed textures and balanced flavors. Finally understand what all the western "Chinese" restaurants that I'm used to have tried to emulate.
