Seating is very spacious and far apart so you don't feel cramped. They have a wall of Thai food items for sale. Things like chips and spices. I wonder does anyone really buy anything? I saw many take a look on their way out to pay.
During tea time, they offer only a tea time menu. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge and you pay on your way out. Sets come with a drink with possible upgrades. The menu is extensive and they seem to try to cover every Thai style food and some that seem like Hong Kong style food with Thai flavors.
They also offer discounts on selected appetizers during before 6 PM.
We shared a chicken satay ($15). The chicken meat was very tender. A bit of spice but not over powering. The satay was a bit sweet.
Boyfried had the Stir Fried Rice with Preserved Sausages, Vietnamese Salami and Diced Chicken ($38). As it's tea time, portions are smaller. The rice was quite good. Not too wet and not oily at all. The sausages were sweet and we found more chicken than salami.
I had the Fried Flat Rice Noodles with Pork Jowlin Thai Style ($40). The pork jowlin was grilled well so there was a bit of char. The noodles were not too oily and very savory.
Portions are just right for tea time as it's small. Food was tasty enough. Price range was acceptable for a tiny break.
