A while ago I saw someone post a picture of their ramen with a pebble in it.The purpose of this pebble is to keep the ramen hot while you're eating it.Arriving at late 6.40pm, the place was packed and there were more people queuing outside when we sat down which is pretty good for Kowloon City.There are specials on the wall.Ordered a hot and cold ramen.For the hot ramen, we had the black garlic which had a hot sizzling pebble in the broth.The broth was thin but had a really strong flavour and th

For the hot ramen, we had the black garlic which had a hot sizzling pebble in the broth.
The broth was thin but had a really strong flavour and the slice of pork was soft and fresh.

The chilled noodles in plum broth was refreshing and I found them similar in taste to Korean chilled noodles.

As well as noodles, we had some snacks.
The crispy shrimps were good but painful to eat as you're bound to get pricked by the sharp bits.

Had some seagrapes which tasted briny.

The squids were quite salty which would compliment beer nicely.

My favourite was the grilled fish because it is moist and silky with a lovely salted taste.

The oyster was also an appetizing snack as it had a strong acidic flavour and tasted like pickled oyster.
