When I first tried their cakes, I remembered they cost about $4x each. Now price has inflated to $55 each! I was craving chocolate and wanted to pick something chocolate. First of all, this cake was so well-presented with clear and distinct layers. Look at the edible gold and raspberries! Taste-wise it was so fruity and refreshing, of the right degree of sourness and sweetness. However, at such a price, I had expected a little bit more surprises, at least there could be different textures offered by the different layers. When I ate it, I couldn't really tell that there were so many layers.
