Picked the earlier slot - at 6:30pm on a Saturday. Booking needed because it is not a huge place.Hi Chef and Owner (if you are reading)... yes we came all the way into Yuen Long to try your lovely restaurant. You nailed it! Onion Soup - perfectly seasoned with cheese.Belgian Mussels - the sauce is fantastic. Creamy with great texture. Great to be peppery. Much better than those restaurants that use organic mussels.Steak / Steak in Pastry - very good meat. Cooked with care. Ox liver sauce

法國千層薄餅 is very special. I have never had anything like this before in a French restaurant. I took the effort to un-layer-ed it. The inner sheets are like silky smooth.
Service scored 100. Very homely atmosphere.
Very walkable distance from Yuen Long MTR. So... all very do-able!
