Anyone should know that burger patties should be cooked well-done regardless of the quality, source and price of the meat. It is because when meat is minced to produce burger patties, harmful bacteria such as Salmonella or E. coli from the raw meat's surface are mixed throughout the whole piece. I was shocked that the chef did not seem to know this. The beef patty was raw. The photo was taken AFTER I asked the staff to cook the patty again. The photo speaks for itself.
