📍Cuisine Cuisine at IFC國金軒Honestly, I haven’t had such a subpar Chinese meal for a long time. The appetizer trio has nothing special. The smoked egg was even over seasoned with the sprinkle of pepper salt on top. The suckling pig was average. The shredded chicken with sesame sauce was ok. The fish maw soup with white fungus and pear was the only good dish for the meal. The braised 5 head abalone with goose web was quite undercooked 🥲Finally, the fried rice was under seasoned that even chili oil

What surprises me is the whole restaurant is very stuffy and I could even say it’s hot. The restaurant did try to put a few fans out but you don’t expect such an environment from such a restaurant right? Service was a bit off too with not much response. 🥲
