When a friend who came back from the States asked to have dinner with my boyfriend and I , I immediately thought of this restaurant. With its fresh take on various traditional Chinese dishes, my choice of restaurant turned out to be spot on.秘製凍豆腐 (cold tofu in pickled sauce) - I am a huge tofu fan and this dish is one of my favorite tofu dishes!招牌擔擔拉麵 (Dan Dan noodles) - this is actually a 撈麵 (definitely my favorite dish from this restaurant); a little twist on the traditional dish goes a long w

海皇素翅酸辣上海麵 (Shanghai noodles in hot and sour soup) - interesting take on the traditional dish; quite refreshing
沖繩黑糖白玉子 (Okinawa black sugar Japanese dumplings) - simple dessert done well
花酒釀荔枝雪糕 (lychee ice cream with osmanthus wine) - a really fragrant dish
私房手搓黃金湯圓 (custard glutinous dumplings) - one of my favorite 湯圓 dishes!
Yet another satisfying meal!
