This restaurant is being classified as one of the best Spanish restaurants in HK, finally can try it during the Restaurant Week organized by Dining City. The set lunch is charged at $198 per person for 4-courses with tea or coffee. As the restaurant locates at 20/F of the building, the view is great. Let's talk about food.1. As the restaurant locates at 20/F of the building, the view is great. Let's talk about food.
1. Starter - we both selected king crab salad as starter. The salad is refreshing as it is seasoned with both mayonnaise and wasabi. It tastes good but it would have been better if it is a little bit chilled.
2. We selected slow-cooked egg with potato and iberio ham and pan fried sea bass for sharing
- slow-cooked egg with potato and iberio ham
The potato is crunchy and tastes good after mixing with egg yolk.
- pan fried sea bass
An average one indeed, considered as bland without the sauce.
3. We ordered seafood juicy rice and pan fried iberio pork with BBQ sauce as main
- seafood juicy rice is good, as its name, very juicy as the rice is in the broth. The clams and mussels are fresh and juicy.
- pan fried iberio pork with BBQ sauce, the sauce is well seasoned and rich, perfect match with the iberio pork. The pork is tender as it doesn't have much fat. The bitter cabbage tastes good after dipping the BBQ sauce.
4. Churro with dark chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream
- churro is my favourite dessert in Spanish cuisine. It is freshly made and hot, good to serve with the dark chocolate sauce and vanilla ice-cream. Although it is a deep fried one, it is not oily.
Last but not least, the meal is ended with a cup of hot coffee which is rich.
With its cosy environment, I will come again for its dinner or brunch.
