I’ve bookmarked Ozone for quite some time. Finally paid a visit there. I thought it’s only a drinking place but ended up the food they served were quite impressive! Lovely interior especially around the bar table area. The bruschetta was amazing😳it’s so crispy. love the combination of cherry tomato and olive🫒 the 2nd layer is a tomato cold soup and the 3rd is a layer of jelly. For those who are not fond on tomato... you may find this too sour. Personally think that’s quite appetising🤩

The soup was blended into a smooth and creamy texture. Not heavy at all🥔

/Lobster Fettuccine/
Fettuccine was perfectly cooked.Love the vodka tomato cream sauce. It’s not too dense and salty. Never thought of adding zucchini into the pasta could be that match. The grilled lobster taste superb as well💯
/Braised beef cheek/
One of the best beef cheek I’ve ever had. Papa Pak is never a big fan of beef cheek but he approved this one😳😂 it’s so tender but not mushy at all. The truffle potato mousseline taste so gd too😳 didn’t expect it gets such a strong truffle flavour.

/Milk tea penna cotta/
Love the earl grey jelly on top. The milk tea penna cotta was smooth and jiggly. A bit too sweet for me tho🤔
/Roasted pineapple/
Such a tropical dessert! The coconut ice cream was so refreshing. Love the sweetness of roasted pineapple🍍Rum added extra flavour to the dessert👌🏻

Merlot juice and hibiscus gave a pretty purple/ burgundy colour! Seedlip grove 42 and blood orange brought out a bright and citrus flavour💯
