The Oyster Extravaganza Only on Wednesdays, this multilevel restaurant was packed to the brim during our visit. The restaurant's decor is primarily in blue and green tones, which is very stylish, and the seating is comfortable.
We were seated in a more secluded corner location. It was limited to a 2-hour sitting, with the oyster service lasting 90 minutes. The price was HK$488 plus 10% service charge. The total bill came to around HK$700 per person after adding drinks. Reservations required a HK$

What was a bit frustrating was that while I had booked a May reservation through Openrice in April, I was told I didn't qualify for the free drink promotion they were offering for May bookings. It felt like early birds were being penalized, which was quite puzzling and disappointing.
I also wanted to order a Sangria, which was priced at HK$380 on the menu, but was charged HK$440 at the end - I only noticed this after leaving, which was confusing and upsetting.
The oysters themselves were very fresh. The first round was notably large and impressive, but we had to wait over 20 minutes for them to be served. After that, the portion sizes did start to decrease, but they were still better than a typical buffet.
There was a period where the table was completely empty of food, and I had to tell the staff that we were starving. They then brought out dishes quickly, almost to an excess. Overall, the service was good, with friendly and attentive staff.
Starters for Sharing: No need to order a full portion per person, very convenient. For the main and dessert, each person can choose their own.
Octopus Croquetas:
Crispy on the outside, with a hot, creamy filling on the inside. Delicious.
Pan con Tomate with Jamon:
The Jamon is a thick slice of Spanish Serrano ham. The Pan has a pizza-like texture, with seasoning that hits the right notes, complemented by the salty, savory ham.
Truffle "Huevos rotos":
Thick potato chips topped with truffles and eggs. The truffles are generous and the seasoning is excellent.
King Prawns Al Ajillo:
The shrimp are bouncy and slightly oily, not bad but not a standout. Two pieces per person is enough.
Beef Cheek
Based on the glowing reviews I had read prior, I had high expectations for the beef cheek dish, and it did not disappoint. The beef was incredibly tender and easy to chew, with no toughness whatsoever. The mashed potatoes were silky smooth in texture. Paired with the aromatic truffle and mushroom sauce, this was a truly outstanding dish.
Crema Catalana:
Similar to a crème brûlée, with a caramelized top. It's hard to distinguish much difference, but I've heard the Crema Catalana has more cinnamon and lemon zest, which I couldn't really taste.
In the end, my friend and I each managed to enjoy over 30 oysters, which was excellent. The beef cheek main course was also delicious, and the truffle dishes were tasty as well. The only slight disappointment was that the final churros were not hot enough.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, if it weren't for those couple of frustrating experiences.
