Roasted ribs @ Joy Hing Roasted Meat

The roasted ribs looked good at the counter so bought some.I was looking forward to eating them off the bone but I did not know that when you order them they are chopped into smaller pieces.Anyway it tastes the same as the Roast pork there but the meat is dry and firm.
