Specially created with 100% Biodynamically-grown Pinot Noir, the wine has a tempting pale pink color presentation, exuding pleasant hints of strawberry and roses with pleasing touches of sweetness along with the delicate bubbles; the style was quite on the easy-going side, rated with 90 points on Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. Pairs well with a great variety of appetizers, or even just indulging the red fruit taste and the sweet aromatics by itself during the soothing bath.
