A very satisfying and reasonably priced Japanese meal! Waiters and waitresses are very well trained and with very good service. For the price of the food, the service is extraordinary.The mixed seafood bowl was amazingly good and fresh! It contained giant prawns, scallops, tuna, salmon and salmon roe. The mixed seafood bowl was amazingly good and fresh! It contained giant prawns, scallops, tuna, salmon and salmon roe. Attention must be given to the juices of the prawn shells and the head for those who usually devour every part of a shrimp - it is one of the best raw shrimps I have eaten in Hong Kong.

The egg was stuffed with 'ming tai zi' 明太子, which is a type of fish roe. The main components are cheese and the fish roe, but unfortunately, there was not much cheese taste nor a lot of taste of the fish roe except a little spicy. Overall though, a good egg roll.

The Sparking Grape and Lemon Sorbet was absolutely refreshing. Despite the lemon sorbet being more of an ice block (in a sphere shape) it had lemon peel and some lemon meat which is absolutely amazing. The drink had a strong grape flavour and whilst the sorbet melted, hints of lemon were being released.

The 3.6 Hokkaido Milk with Green Tea and Red Bean had an extreme milky and creamy texture. It was like a minor symphony in the mouth, with the green tea flavoured milk playing along with the red bean flavour and real red beans bits!
