Seafood feast at the oyster cove(Budget $1500/2)-seafood and oyster platter We started off with the lobster sashimiIt’s cut fresh and served immediately to avoid the muscles tensing up and toughening, crispy and chewy at the same time , extremely light and perfect to pair with a simple dip of wasabi and soy sauce. We started off with the lobster sashimi
It’s cut fresh and served immediately to avoid the muscles tensing up and toughening, crispy and chewy at the same time , extremely light and perfect to pair with a simple dip of wasabi and soy sauce. Followed by the scallop, which is naturally sweet and slightly creamy.
Then adding my favourite arm shell and cherry stone , huge size, clean in flavour with a rich texture.
Oyster platter began with Tia Mara Pearl
A springy and crispy start with a light but creamy and long aftertaste
Then the classic Speciales Lambert, with a rounder and firmer crunchy flesh
To progress with the flavour
We had Krystale , an award winning oyster , with a pure but sensational taste.
We then finished off with Gillardeau and La Reserve, which is equally amazing .

I am amazed by the chilli version of the bisque
Which is rather light and less creamy than the others
Very soothing to have after all the overwhelming oysters

Huge portion of lobster flesh
Risotto is Cooked perfectly at its right hardness
Very satisfying texture
