I am not a fan of black sesame but tried it anyway.The ice-cream itself was surprisingly sweeter than the sesame sauce.I really liked the texture of the black sesame sauce, it was really thick and had lots of grounded sesame in it.If the ice-cream was not that sweet then it would have been perfect.
