Incredible wine pairing experience at Petrus for our Anniversary celebration. My favorite pairing of the night goes to Boschendal, South African sauvignon blanc, with Japanese firefly squid, and Ysabel, Point Noir from Sonoma Mountain, with lamb dish. Whenever you have a yellowpage-thick wine list, always pick the brain of the sommelier. We are blessed to have spoken with Terrence, who has some interesting selection you just can't miss.
