Sushi Kumogaku has always been amongst the most impossible to book sushiyas in HK. Thanks to a good friend booking out the entire sushiya on one fine Saturday afternoon for us to enjoy an opulent lunch curated by Chef Kin himself ❤️ For me, I found the otsumami particularly memorable - the silky smooth fugu shirako, the umami packed, deep fried matsubagani, the perfectly chargrilled buri jaw and the ika available on the day were definitely some of the best that I have had in a very long time! For me, I found the otsumami particularly memorable - the silky smooth fugu shirako, the umami packed, deep fried matsubagani, the perfectly chargrilled buri jaw and the ika available on the day were definitely some of the best that I have had in a very long time! A translucent, gelatinous mass that melts in your mouth🔥🔥🔥 Simply sublime from start to finish 👍🏻
