I have reserved a table on 11th July.We were very look forward to have our dinner here due to the last experience, but at the end we only feel so angry. When we arrived the restaurant, no one came and take us to our seat. After 4 to 5 mins, a waiter who is calm that he is the assistant manager, came and check our reservation. We asked for the sofa seat due to my back pain, but he said we cannot because we already got the discount, we can only seat on the high table and the rest were reserved. B

When we arrived the restaurant, no one came and take us to our seat. After 4 to 5 mins, a waiter who is calm that he is the assistant manager, came and check our reservation. We asked for the sofa seat due to my back pain, but he said we cannot because we already got the discount, we can only seat on the high table and the rest were reserved. But last time for the same situation, the other girl who like smiling (I forgot her name) gave us a window seat because not that many people will pass through that aisle so sweet and careful.
After we finished our food, we wanted to check our bill, but only one lady remain on the floor, she is handling the other table orders, I think that is the reason she can't see us.
As a result, we want to find the manager to help us to get our bill. But he disappeared, so that I went to the toilet first and decided call the lady later after she finished the order. Guess what I have found outside the toilet, yes, the manager, he is smoking there. Even we already paid and left, I still didn't see him on the floor.
But the food were so good except for the service I got, everything remain so good.
