Little Bao was on my wish list for a few years and finally got a chance to visit during a long weekend. There wasn’t much choices on the menu, we ordered two Baos and truffle fries. The Prok Belly Bao was soft enough, we were impressed by the combination of ingredients. The pork belly was not greasy at all and it was very tender, with mixed layers of fat and meat, the sauce was a bit sweet but it perfectly matched the pork belly. Their fries is a must ordered item, couldn’t find such intereste

Their fries is a must ordered item, couldn’t find such interested and funny fries in town. The toppings were truffle, marinated sour turnip, crispy wunton skin, etc. We love this fried a lot.
