This is my first time to write English review. When I arrived the restaurant, the staff were speaking English and most of them are foreigners. The menus there of course were written in English. The first to introduce is the Smoked Salmon Flatbread. I like this so much because I am one of the fans of salmon. This dish is made with house cured salmon, four cheeses, crisy capers and picked shallot lemon argula. The salmon is fresh but so salty. Fatty but not oily taste made the plain crispy flatbread taste well.

Secondly, this dish is called Portobello Caprpaccio. This is a special one for me because I have not tried and seen such kind of dishes before. It was made of marinated Nagasaki egg yolk,truffle vinaigrette and pecorino. The one who love the smell and taste of truffle should like it very much because it has a rich taste of truffle. The egg yolk was not so raw for me but it made the dish more creamy.

I am not a fish lover because I hate the offensive smell of fish. However, this Wholed grilled market fish made me try some. I love eating avocado but I really don't know that I could use it in hot dishes rather than salad. When I saw the avocado sauce putting on the top of the fish, I really had more intention to try it. The avocado salsa verde has made the fish more special, together with purple caulifower and crispy ham.

HK Cioppino is  a traditional San Francisco seafood stew using an assortment of local market seafood in a zesty tomato broth. It was not just a seafood soup but it was rich of seafood and some rice inside. There was a piece of crusty cheesy garlic bread, cheesy but not greasy.

Everytime when we order cocktail, we have to order it by glasses. This time we can order it in a bulk. We ordered Mad Hatter as to share together as it can be share between 4 to 5 people. Ingredients included four pillars gin, early grey, cardamon, lemon, rhubard and vanilla. A not so sweet but fresh taste surved with tea cup just gave us a feeling of freshness.
