Before heading back home, I decided to have a quick dinner first. I chanced upon Tang Huo Kung Fu, which was quite appealing to me. It was located at Jaffe Road, few minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR.They operated quite similarly to cart noodles, allowing us to choose our own ingredients and noodles, except that most of their soup base were spicy. Tom yum goong soup base - The soup was flavourful and quite spicy and sour, which was to my liking. Vermicelli was chewy in texture, like chewing a gum. I ordered tender beef, bean sprouts and potato piece. Beef was tender and juicy, bean sprouts was juicy and potato piece was soft and smooth as well.
