Pici has became one of my favorite restaurants to visit - as they have friendly service, delicious al-dente pasta and simply good vibes 💫 Was ecstatic to see the Truffle Shuffle menu available at Pici Shatin branch earlier (seems like it is only available at Shatin??) The 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚 was absolutely delicious - with whole slices of truffle and truffle sauce! Finally tried out the 𝙊𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙉’𝙙𝙪𝙟𝙖 and it was super flavourful. Finally tried out the 𝙊𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝙉’𝙙𝙪𝙟𝙖 and it was super flavourful. I have never liked rockets, but together with the chunks of italian sausage, cherry tomato and the spicy sauce, I really loved the combo and enjoyed it much more than expected! The mouthfeel of the pasta relatively chewy - which I found really unique. Definitely one of my favorite Pici pasta dishes 💫
I love Pici’s handcut pappardelle, wide sheets of smooth, al-dente pasta. Generous serve of duck ragu 😙
The 𝙇𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙁𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 was slightly spicy, each strand of al-dente pasta covered with sauce made from tomato, chilli and bisque. Both the tail and claw was served, with claw shells removed. The lobster was fresh and sweet, compliments the sauce so well.
