And this week's chocolate fudge filled orange Valrhona chocolate cookie didn't fail my expectation. Super rich and it's not too sweet. Also love the dried orange slice on top of it which made this cookie more interesring. My all time fav cookie from them. Big piece of brownie hidden in the cusion-like thick cookie. The outside gave a little bit of chewiness and the brownie inside is moist and rich. Still haven't found other cookie that can beat this one.😆
