ok....I have to apologise to agnes b....because the last time i had their banana mousse cake, i gave it a pretty bad comment with a crying face. this time I tried their strawberry tart. I have to say, it was real good. The strawberries were very sweet. The amount of custard spread under the strawberries was just right, and it wasn't too sweet. There was also a thin layer of sponge cake under the custard, which made it even less heavy. The best part is yet to come...the TART was SOO CRUNCHY. I do

The best part is yet to come...the TART was SOO CRUNCHY. I don't know how it kept it so crunchy even when it had been in the fridge the whole day. It just tasted real fresh, like just made.
This time, the strawberry tart really made me gain back confidence for agnes b. If it's not $28 each, I think I'll buy one each and eat it allllll!!! YUM
My next target is Mont Blanc. !!
p.s. sorry but the service wasn't good at all.
