I initially planned to try this afternoon tea set several months ago but got COVID(there was still quarantine order that time) and waited till now. You have to reserve in advance for this afternoon tea. Moreover, prepare yourself for an empty stomach and skipping dinner as it is very fulfilling.The tea set was already quite amazing when served but together with the dried ice effect it was more stunning. The tea set was already quite amazing when served but together with the dried ice effect it was more stunning. The soup was also decorated with rose petals and frozen beetroot juice made into roses. The staff reminded us how long the items need to be cooked before we started.
All the food items were great but I really loved their vegetables as well, which there were plenty. They were really soft after cooking it, almost like noodles. The pineapple tart(also floral design) was served after the tea set and it definitely reminded me of Taiwain.
Definitely worth revisiting 3rd time.
