🍵Matcha Red Bean and Mochi Mousse Cake: A creamy cake with very rich matcha flavours
☕️Almond Coffee Mascarpone Tart: Rich coffee flavours, would be better if the almond flavour can stand out a bit more
🥜Pistachio Mousse Cake: There were different layers in the cake that made the cake with different textures
🍠Purple Sweet Potato & Mochi Pastry: A creative presentation of a Chinese calligraphy brush. It was a bit dry though
