Fries were prepared by order to ensure they were served fresh and crispy. Salad of the day was Caesar salad and the soup was a blend of broccoli and asparagus.
Skewers were also nicely grilled. The white eel was crispy on the outside, moist and crunchy inside with a good amount of fat. The lamb was flavorful and juicy.
