This is a new and lovely restaurant in Central, and I like it very much. Not only the choices are great, but the food offer are of very good quality, and not only good for mouth, but nice for eyes too. I have ordered the Uni Mixed Sushi Rice, while my queen ordered the Big Crab Meat Sushi Rice .... Initially, I thought mine is a better choice as you can see from the picture, the uni is so fresh and nice, although they are from Korea, not from Japan, but taste very good and fresh... Very very ric

I have ordered the Uni Mixed Sushi Rice, while my queen ordered the Big Crab Meat Sushi Rice .... Initially, I thought mine is a better choice as you can see from the picture, the uni is so fresh and nice, although they are from Korea, not from Japan, but taste very good and fresh... Very very rich sea taste and a little bit of sweet. The salmon eggs are nice too, it's home made, and you can tell the freshness is different. Great job.
However, when I tried my queen's crab bowl, I was stunned, the claw meat is very sweet, and the yolk paste in the crab shell was excellent, not too salty but the sweet yolk mixed with the meat is the best of the night. I can just order this bowl once again even I am so full, highly recommended. Yet, we have a movie to catch, and we need to spare some room for dessert and snack later on.
