Akagai- always my favour , and this one has extra seawater flavour as well
Seared flounder fin- am not a fan of seared sushi but this one is handled quite well with the fish half cooked and not overwhelmed by the smonky flavour
Chopped tuna with spring onion- the portion is ridiculously generous !
