This place has one of the best soup bases I've tried and the beef and pork are great quality. They also have cute penguin shaped dumplings!! Seafood is fresh and tasty with the spicy sauce that you can mix yourself service could improve though, it's a bit hard to get a waiter's attention and some of them could be more helpful. Other than this, nice experience and would recommend to those who love meat and Taiwanese.
