Do yourself a favour and take a moment or two at Le Moment! This restaurant should have a Michelin star. Bob will guide you with his eccentric and humourous style through a simple yet perfectly chosen menu consisting of the finest ingredients from around the world. Having eaten in many great restaurants around the world, I can safely say that Le Moment! is one of my favourites.Le Moment! is one of the best restaurants in Hong Kong, and every trip will be an experience.Bon appetit!
