Vietnamese Grandma Crab and Tomatoes Soup Noodles -
This nostalgic and comforting broth was bursting with rich crab flavor.
Each spoonful revealed a symphony of textures -
crab meat roe souffle, crispy fried tofu, delicate rice vermicelli noodles,
and juicy soft shell crab all swimming in a rich pork bone broth infused with fragrant shrimp paste.

These baby racks spend a luxurious 36 hours slow-cooking before getting a final kiss of the grill.
