Ever since we came back from Spain, we always have the craving for tapas. My wife told me that there is a nice Spanish restaurant that serve quality tapas food, thus we decided to have our dinner there tonight. Rojo was located at Jupiter Street, somewhere in between of Tin Hau and Fortress Hill MTR.They served a wide range of tapas food, as well as main course and desserts etc. As for their drink menu, they offered several wine, beer and liquor etc. Sparkling wine - I ordered Jaume Serra Brut C

Sparkling wine - I ordered Jaume Serra Brut Cava, a kind of sparkling wine. It was bubbly sweet in taste and sparkling, easy to drink too.
Gambas - It was prawn cooked with garlic and seafood sauce. The sauce was flavourful and appetizing, with strong garlic taste. Prawns was chewy and juicy too.
Soft shell crab pasta - Pasta was cooked till very smooth and creamy, due to the crab paste. It was flavourful and tasty. Soft shell crab was fried till soft and crispy, like eating seaweed.
