Das Bier, a simple yet straightforward name. Heard of this German restaurant since a long time ago and finally got to try!Started the meal with a bowl of Caesar salad made with fresh romaine lettuce. Ordered a Schweinshaxe to share. Compared to grilled pork knuckles served in most restaurants, which are dry, salty, crunchy and tough, this was outstanding. Rare to be lightly salted, which was great because it was definitely healthier than the typical processed meat. Crispy skin, tender and moist meat.
Friendly staff, efficient service. Spacious and cosy. Highly recommended for group gatherings!
