I like the way Di King Heen have created this Eileen Chang menu so that tourists can discover about her.If I had not attended dinner here, I would not have known about this influential Chinese writer in the 1940s.Started with the appetizer which was a good range from sweet to bitter.Then there was this peppery soup which had duck tongues, pickled vegetables and radish.The pork belly was soft with an even layer of fat.The scallops and vegetables was a popular dish among us.Moving on to the vegeta

Moving on to the vegetables, it was luscious veggies wrapped in bamboo pith topped with crab roe.
For those who adore the sea cucumber, we got a big one which was covered in tasty gravy.
Finished with pan fried dumplings which were bursting with meat juice.
Looking forward to their new menu again which I hope will be James Bond or Bruce Li.
