What do you look for in a bowl of ramen?Quality broth - yes. Not too thick. Sticks to the noodles enough to coat them well. Not too oily. Garlic just right.Noodles - yes. Thin and not over cooked.Pork - yes. And for me it has to be pork. Belly in this case. Very good flavour and tender. Possibly marinated?Additions - yes. Though to be honest I could have done with more mushrooms. The egg was a little too runny but with a good taste.Condiments - yes. Standard array here, including raw garlic. The

All in all top quality. Worth queuing. And worth going back to work your way through their menu.
