Innovative and tasty food, a rarity in Hong Kong where chefs often try to hard. The sichuan fried chicken was very tasty, and the char siew pork lard rice is well worth the calories. I also really enjoyed the prawn and pumpkin topped with sesame sauce - flavours went together surpringly well.
