We used to go to the place a lot when it was in Tai Hang and even felt sorry it had to move to North Point (supposedly because of rent hike). We ordered a combo today. What an AWFUL experience! For pasta I ordered Carbonara then found out the delivery guy gave us the linguini chicken in tomato sauce (and I HATE pasta in tomato sauce), after realizing it's the wrong one I called to complain and ask for replacement, the waiter / owner offered ABSOLUTELY NO apologies, and acts as if I am the one being unreasonable. The attitude was - Aren't all pastas the same? "Are you not ok with what we gave you?" (direct quote). We finally decided not to wait for replacement.
The pizza was mediocre, salad unremarkable. The pasta tastes so watery like it's not drained after boiling. The fried chicken wings used to be great but now it's not only not good, also instead of four pieces there were only two in the box (Is this how you deal with inflation?)
Quality of food has dropped, service is terrible. What else do you have to offer?
