We made a reservation online the day before arrival and received a confirmation email. However, upon arrival, the team said they cannot locate our reservation and that the restaurant is full. This is not acceptable at all. The manager did not apologize and even said “please go ahead and make a complaint” so here I am. No way we are going back ever again.
