Terrible service & arrogance staff

Went there for coffee many time but their service drop significantly. May be different staff on Sunday. Asked for extra hot specifically 2 times but the coffee was lukewarm & the barista replied it was so hot that burnt! I told her it was not the right standard of extra hot. She wouldn't even bother to respond to my positive comment. Will definitely not going back again & will let all my friends know. There are so many more nice cafe with good service in wanchai. Why put off with rude & unfriend
