𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟮𝟴𝟴The thick pork slices came pre-cooked, so the pot was really just to keep the meat warm for maximum enjoyment. Each slice on its own was a bit shy on flavor, but watch the magic happen when you add some sauce and wrap it in lettuce. The waiter told us that we could refill the lettuce once for free, but we didn’t even need it.
𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴The boneless options have a smaller portion than the ones with bones, which was perfect for us (cheaper, less troublesome and more room to try other dishes). Served alongside sweet potato fries, prawn crackers and zesty pickled radish, a key feature of their fried chickens is that they don’t use any dressings to minimize oil. Instead, they sprinkle and marinate each piece in their secret powder for that perfect crunch and flavor. We went for the honey yogurt option - a touch of sweetness with a hint of chili. Yum!
𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗯𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝘆 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴The insides were stuffed with crab roe, but I’m not sure why I was expecting crab meat? Anyhow, you can never go wrong with cheese and egg, so this was devoured in seconds.
