𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 this month include a creamy 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘢 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘢 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘴𝘶𝘥𝘢 𝘊𝘳𝘢𝘣 & 𝘏𝘰𝘬𝘬𝘢𝘪𝘥𝘰 𝘜𝘯𝘪 🦀 as well as 𝘚𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘬 𝘗𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘖𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘶𝘴 & 𝘗𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘰 𝘊𝘦𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘦 🐙 the pappardelle (my fav kinda pasta) def won my heart with the lovely texture, and unlike most squid-ink concoctions out there, this won’t stain your teeth black 🖤

What wowed me the most was their 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 - the 𝘉𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘢 2.0 is an inventive twist on this classic dish, covered with Sichuan Pepper, and slice it open to reveal a creamy interior with Thai Basil 🌿
