C was craving for 雞蛋仔 before she left for Canada the next morning. Knowing that TST isn't famous for 雞蛋仔, I initiated to try out this store as I walked past it quite a lot of times and been seeing it had quite a fame by the length of the queue.When we arrived, we saw a short queue and luckily we did not wait long for the 雞蛋仔. As a few other foodies commented previously, the 雞蛋仔 was REALLY nothing surprising or memorable, in particular...It was not pipping hot when we received ours, which was a real disappointment!
The crust was crispy but inside the shell was pretty empty and flavourless.
We could taste a bit of butter and eggs but that was it, nothing else.
Though we did not have a high expectation at the beginning, I did not imagine to be this worse. We rather go to somewhere else than here, no more..
