is big & fresh enough after a simple boiling process

always a favour to most of chinse esp. it's cover with minced pork;
cuttle-fish with broccoli taste yummy though it's suppose not my favour;
chicken taste good which suppose they're freeze one
one of the highlight after shrimp should be sweet & sour pork: taste not bad while coating is not too thick;
lettuce can be better as it's too oily & shining under light
fish is the last one come to us before most of the customers finished their bowl of rice
