Typhoon signal no.3 makes it difficult to go any place too far for dinner, hence me and my friend decided that we will try this restaurant. When we first arrive which was around 10, the waitress there seem to have reluntant to let us in, eventhough the last order time is 11:15 p.m.. Anyhow, we sat down anyway, and only a few tables were occupied, and they are about to leave. This restaurant is situated in the basment which is both comfortable, and spacious. There are 3 huge LCD TVs hanging o
The menu is quite simple and we quickly ordered the followings:
Stir-Fried Choy Sum with Garlic - At first I thought they are a little too green for my liking, but upon tasting them, they are fresh and extremely tasty with the right about of garlic, yum.
Boston Lobster with noodles - This is the highlight of the night and its really what we came here for. From the texture of the lobster, you can tell its fresh from the tank, the sauce are nice and not too spicy, allowing us to taste the real taste of the seafood, really highly recommended. Thought more sauce will be nice, as the noodles were a little dry.
Chicken with Scallion in Hot Oil - This is supposed to be one of their signature dish, and I must say its surprisingly good. The skin is crispy, the chicken is tender and full of taste, we love it! Though you have to eat it while its hot as the oil will start to come out when the dish cools off.
Fruit - Nothing special about this, ordinary but its free.
Mooncakes - Mid-Autumn Festival must have! Thank you my friend for bringing this for celebration!
All in all, I enjoyed this restaurant very much, as their seafood are fresh and cooked brilliantly. Seems to me that this place won't be always full as it is located on the more quiet outskirt of Central, but I will definitely come back again.
Wish everyone a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival with lots of great food!
