One of the values stated on the first page of its menu is “to provide quality service”. Ironically, this is probably the worst dining experience of mine.I made a reservation for 1900 hours on 17 Dec 2018. I was arranged with seats promptly. Since some of us had not yet arrived, we did not make an order instantly.At around 1930 hours, a young lady staff member came over and said to me in an impolite manner, ‘your allowed meal time is 90 minutes and you have been sitting for 30 minutes’. I made a reservation for 1900 hours on 17 Dec 2018. I was arranged with seats promptly. Since some of us had not yet arrived, we did not make an order instantly.
At around 1930 hours, a young lady staff member came over and said to me in an impolite manner, ‘your allowed meal time is 90 minutes and you have been sitting for 30 minutes’. I replied i was waiting for my family. She showed me an impatient face and said in a rude manner that no discount would be offered if an order was not made by 1915 hours (15 minutes before she came to me). I asked her whether I would enjoy a discount if I made an order at once but she stared at me and remained silent. I asked her the same question three times and she finally said yes and urged me to make an order. I ordered, finished the meal and paid before 2030 hours. Throughout the whole meal, all staff members dropped the dishes on the table without saying anything. The inhospitality terrified my old father who then urged the family to eat quickly so we could leave early. Food was average.
It is okay to have a limited meal time but don’t expect all customers to be aware of your rules. This restaurant offered the worst service I have ever seen. If you treasure turnover of table, i.e. money, over your customers, please open a fast food store.
Trust me, DON’T COME.
I ordered a TomYum soup, a fish, a vegetable, some meat, a fried rice and some other food.
The TomYum was a bit spicy. The fish was apparently not fresh and smelt odd. Other food were average.
