First of all, I have called to make a reservation for a birthday, Since my dinner date is december 30th they said there is a special menu for 2, whilst they usually say its for the whole table, I have asked if we could have some with the menu as we have 6 people in the reservation. They confirmed that it is okay, and when I reach the restaurant they said its not availableSecondly, my reservation is at 730, they sat 6 people in more of a 4 people table at 745-750. We did our order in 5 mins as we are starving. 45 minutes later, the only dish that arrive is a salad. it is now 835 and we are all starving. I kept complaining why its slow and they kept pointing that its looking like its cha chan teeng. They have a lot of staff but all ignoring me maybe knowing they have not served us yet and instead of trying to apologize, instead prefer to look away.
The lobster also was the most expensive thing in our menu. I don't think they serve you a whole lobster. I got 3 claws, im sure there are only 2, we got 3 claws but most of the meat of the body is missing
The bingsu is like fake jam flavor, fruit was not bad but the entire dish is just bad
Most of the food was not so bad if not arriving 1 hr later
We did finish our meal after 2 hrs and 30 minutes which is just crazy. I'd say if you like views and place to forever and chat the whole night. Thats the place. You'd be forcefully sit there and starve for mediocre food.
Unacceptable service for a 5 star restaurant hotel
