Food was OK but service was bad. Service of some of the staff was below standard.<br>It's the third time I went to that shop in Sai Wan Ho. Serivice for the first time is OK coz no bad serivice was given. The second time I went there at peak hour. May be because of this, the staff forgot many things,e.g. giving us bread without butter knife (3 times!!) or doing things without really understand what we needed.We ordered three steak with drinks and we told them our order for drinks early a

May be because of this, the staff forgot many things,e.g. giving us bread without butter knife (3 times!!) or doing things without really understand what we needed.
We ordered three steak with drinks and we told them our order for drinks early at the begining, and asked them gave us one of them first. I didn't know if the staff understood what we needed but she didn't ask to confirm. finally they gave us all the drinks before soup was given.......
<br>The third time, well, still giving us bread without butter knife as usual and worse, one of the staff dropped the food onto the table instead of placing the food in front of us and went away immediately without giving us sauce twice!!! I have to state out that period was not a busy time for them, at least three or four table were empty. Luckily, some of the staff said sorry to us. However, as a customer at that district, I never expect excellent service but at least standard service should be provided!! however.....poor service.
<br>Thank God that one or two of them were good. the receptionist was good for management for seats and a waiter provided service with heart.
